2. Is shipping fee included in the price?
For US and Canada, a flat shipping fee applies. Shipments are handled by FedEx, UPS, or DHL Express. For specific rates, please contact us.
For Europe and other countries, please contact us for shipping details. International shipments will also be handled by FedEx, UPS, or DHL Express.
3. What happens if the machine breaks down within the warranty period?
If you encounter any issues with our equipment during the warranty period, we ask for your cooperation with our engineers in troubleshooting and repairing the machine. This may involve providing photos and videos showing the issue and performing minor repairs under the guidance of our engineers.
MicroNano Tools will cover the cost of parts and shipping. In rare cases where the machine needs to be returned for repair, we will issue a Return Authorization Number. Based on our experience, most problems can be resolved during the initial troubleshooting process.
4. What happens if the machine breaks down after the warranty expires?
We will still provide troubleshooting advice and suggest solutions. For minor issues, this advice is typically provided free of charge.
If replacement parts or more extensive services are needed, we will provide a reasonable quote for the parts and labor.
