General Introduction
The MNT-HP-200-HT is a compact and easy-to-use Photolithography High Temperature Hot Plate with Touch Screen. It is used in prebake, postbake, and hardbake of the photolithographic process. This product features wide temperature range from room temperature to 600ºC, high baking speed, uniformity, high temperature control accuracy, and highly repeatable experimental results. In this 2024 model, The MNT-HP-200-HT is now equipped with a touch screen for easy operation and control. Its temperature controller and hardware are also upgraded to include the ramp temperature control function. Temperature uniformity across the heating surface is also improved.
Comparing with conventional oven, using hotplate to cure the films will result in reduced baking time, increased reproducibility, and more uniform and better film quality. It is because the HP-200-HT provides uniform temperature profile across the substrate and even heating to the films and coatings. The skin effect will be avoided since the films/coatings are heated from bottom up.
